01

Time-based fee

The lawyer bills their services based on the number of hours spent on the case. The hourly rate is defined in advance and may vary according to the complexity of the matter.

02

Fixed fee

A global amount is set for the entire mission entrusted, regardless of the time spent. This method offers better budget predictability.

03

Result-based fee

It is added to a base fee (fixed or time-based). The lawyer receives a percentage of the gains or savings obtained through their intervention. In France, a result-based fee alone is prohibited: it must be combined with a principal fee.

04

Legal aid

If the client meets certain resource conditions, they may benefit from total or partial coverage of fees by the State. The lawyer then agrees to intervene within the framework of this system.

05

First consultation

The first consultation allows us to evaluate your legal situation and define the most appropriate strategy. Its duration and methods are adapted to the complexity of your case.
